I thought that it was about time that I started linking to other things that I have been doing around the web. So here is a post I wrote as a columnist for Special Needs Jungle in the early hours of Undiagnosed Children’s Day, where I found myself wondering if social media has made us lazy, and whether Awareness Days should be striving to get people to do more than just clicking a ‘like’ button. Especially when you consider just how much they mean to many of the people who are running them, myself included, and how asking people to simply click on a button doesn’t reflect our desire to bring about lasting change.
